Key Techniques, How to Use the Key, May 14, 2025.

Key Adaptation Process Steps:

This is to integrate the Key more securely with your body. Especially for those who feel they can not wear it on their body or next to their skin. Remember, the Key is an electromagnetic field, our body is an electromagnetic field; by adapting the key to our electromagnetic field, our results will magnify.   This is similar to what we do in the Lynch Cellphone Adaptation Technique on our phones and electrical devices. 

1. Check in with your body. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being connected, how connected to the Key am I? With 10 being balanced, say a 5.

2. Place the Key in your left hand, in the palm of your hand, and cover it with your other hand. 

3. Now connect to the Key. Hold the key until you feel the energy. If there is any resistance, focus on that, pinpoint it, stay focused, take a deep breath and blow it out.

4. Continue to feel the Key in your energetic body, go deep to feel the connection, feel the resistance, and let it go by taking a deep breath and blowing it out. Continue this process until you feel no more resistance.

5. Once it is complete, hold the key between your thumb and index finger and feel the energy present. 

6. Point the Key with the north end (clasp/red end) and point it at your Third eye. feel the energy. 

7. If there is any resistance, focus on that, pinpoint it, stay focused, take a deep breath and blow it out.

 8. Please move the key quarterly around that first point, feeling for resistance at each turn, 

9. If there is any resistance, focus on that, pinpoint it, stay focused, take a deep breath and blow it out.

10. Go to your Crown Chakra, top of the head. Continue to do steps 6 through 9.

11.  Move through the Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral Plexus and Root Chakra. Release and rotate the Key, release any resistance along the way.

12. Check in with your body. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being connected, how connected with the Key am I now? Say you are a 10.

As you practice moving forward, you can add the “angles of incidence” and use this on any glands, organs, the limbic and endocrine systems and more. 

Remember, the Key is a living thing; we are still learning about the Key and its many aspects.


Balancing Your Body Steps

  1. Hold the Key vertically with the red end up.. Place the Key directly on the body; a good starting point is the heart.  

  2. Establish your baseline or beginning point. Check in with your body. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being balanced, ask, How balanced am I? Write down the number (say a 4) and check in at the end of the technique. 

  3. Concentrate then on the Key and feel the energy build. 

  4. Let it wash over your body. Let the energy build. Release any resistance or tension as you feel it by taking a deep breath and blowing it out. Those who know the Lynch techniques use the Relaxation Response to move the stagnant, stuck energy out of the body.  

  5. Continue to take a deep breath and blow out the tension or resistance.

  6. You may feel a buzzing, tingling sensation, fullness and calmness. 

  7. Now ask, “On a scale of 1-10, how balanced am I now?” For example, say an 8. You can settle there or continue to hold the Key moving along your body, releasing stagnation and resistance by taking a full breath and blowing it out. 

Clearing/Releasing Emotions and Patterns Steps:

  1. Hold the key vertically with the red end up. Place the key directly on the body; a good starting point is the heart.

  2. If you know what you want to clear, do so. If not, ask your higher self to guide the Key to send the energy to what is needed to release at this time, from old emotions, beliefs, and past traumas.  

  3. Check in with your body, think of an emotion, and establish a starting point. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being High Intensity, ask, How emotionally intense is this? Say a 10.

  4. Concentrate then on the ‘Key’ and feel the energy build. Let it wash over your body. Place your hand on your heart.

  5. Now feel that high-intensity emotion, pinpoint where it is in your body, narrow it down to a neuron, and stay focused on that point; let the energy build, releasing any resistance or tension by taking a deep breath and blowing it out

  6. Continue taking a full breath and blowing it. Feel the emotion; Did it change? How did it change? Is it no longer there? Did something else pop up? If it is gone, feel the shift. 

  7. If something else pops up, continue the process.

  8. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being High Intensity, ask, How emotionally intense is this now? Say a 2.

  9. You can settle there or continue to hold the Key, releasing resistance until you are a 0. Many times, the energy will release more on its own.


Key Steps: Physical Pain in the Body

There are times when emotions, patterns, beliefs and traumas can manifest as physical pain in our body.  

  1. Hold the key. Set an intention, and ask your higher self to send the energy needed to release resistance held in that location.   

  2. Check in with your body, establish a starting point. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 a high pain level, ask, what is the pain level in my (…..Back) at the moment?  Say a 9.

  3. Concentrate then on the ‘Key’ and feel the energy build. 

  4. Let it wash over your body, focusing on the point of pain or resistance. Pinpoint the location, narrow it down to a neuron, and stay focused on that point. Let the energy build, take a deep breath and blow it out.   

  5. Continue taking a full breath and blowing it out. Can you feel the pain? Did it change? How did it change? Is it no longer there? Did something else pop up? If it is gone, feel the shift. 

  6. If something else pops up, continue the process.

  7. Once it is gone, you will feel the shift.

  8.  On a scale of 1-10, with 10 a high level of pain, what is the pain level in my (…..Back) now?  Say a 3.

  9. You can settle there or continue to hold the Key, moving along your body, releasing stagnation and resistance by taking a deep breath in and blowing it out. 

Other Options:

Balancing Your Body Daily:

  1. Wear the key on a string around your neck for the day.

  2. Ask your higher self for what you need. This leaves the door wide open to receive, and there is no limit to your body. 

  3. It may be more energy, focus, or balance. 

  4. Check in periodically during the day. 

  5. Record how you did today. What did you receive?  Be aware.

Key Steps Using a Lynch Energy Healing Technique and the “Key’

1. Pick the technique.  For Example, we will use Energetic Hands on the heart. 

2. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being strong, ask, How strong is my heart right now? Say a 4.

3. Set the intention to clear and strengthen your heart, place the key on your heart area and follow the steps from the technique below. The ‘Key’ will only enhance the experience!

Steps for Energetic Hands. 

  • Hold both hands facing each other; one is positive, and the other is negative.

  •  Gather the energy between your palms and build a capacity of 10-10. One way is to imagine a ball of energy expanding and contracting as you rotate your hands, and feel the energy in your hands as you do so. 

  •  Go to the place you are working on (heart, pancreas, liver, or other organs or glands); as you gently put your hands around the heart, your body immediately reacts. When you feel a point of resistance, take a full breath, blow it, and continue.

  • When you use your hands, remember that you are doing both the positive and the negative, so keep your hands aligned as you turn them to keep them parallel.  

5. Imagine your two hands are holding your physical heart. You turn the two hands, keeping them parallel and aligned. Phyllis recommends you picture your hands around your heart, the energy flowing 360 degrees, now scanning from the top down, rotating 360 degrees to the bottom. Every time you feel resistance, take a deep breath and blow it out. Run the energy until you clear any blockages or resistance. 

6. Ask, “On a scale of 1-10, how strong is my heart now? If it’s a 9 or 10, smile.
